  • Part I - Intro to the Cross- Cultural theory landscape

    • Aspects such as multinational, regional, multi-generational, organisational cultures 

    • Impacts on business flow, results and workplace culture 

  • Part II - Working effectively in a Cross-Cultural environment

    • Managing a diverse workforce 

    • Leadership 

    • Coaching 

    • Team Development 

  • Part III - The role and impact of Organisational Culture

    • Workfloor rules 

    • Client and employee satisfaction 

    • Departmental Silos 

    • Mergers and Acquisitions 

    • Permanent vs Transitional Teams 

  • Part IV - Explore target countries

    • We will highlight and zoom in on several target countries (adaptable according to group requirements). 

    • We will discuss how the countries rank in terms of aspects such as leadership approach, time and contract management, negotiation differences, contractual weight etc. 

    • We will look at the impact this has on dealing with clients and suppliers in those countries. 

  • Part V - Applying what was learned

    • Participants will be asked to work in small teams where they reflect a work situation based on the learned theory. They will present the results to the workshop participants. The assignment will be followed-up by a discussion. 

Study load

The study load of this training is 15 hours of onsite lectures and an approximate weekly self-study workload of 2-4 hours. 

 

Certification 

After completion of this training course participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
